Job Description
Job Title: Travel MRI Tech
- Sunday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM 10:00 PM
- Duration: 13 weeks (Contract)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans on patients as ordered by physicians ensuring safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Prepare and maintain MRI equipment ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Explain procedures to patients addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and highquality imaging.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information imaging results and any adverse reactions.
- Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist with specific MRI credentials.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI imaging preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
