Key Responsibilities:
Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and quality benchmarks.
Team Management:
Foster a collaborative and highperformance engineering culture.
Ensure timely delivery of technical projects while managing resources effectively.
System Architecture & Scalability:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate technology into business processes seamlessly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Present technical solutions and progress updates to nontechnical stakeholders.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Professional Experience:
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in frameworks such as Next.js Node.js Flask and FastAPI for building scalable and efficient applications.
Proficiency in DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).
Handson experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
