Job Description
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs within SAP CRM.
- Implement workflow processes to streamline customer relationship tasks.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and create custom reports and interfaces in ABAP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
- Perform system enhancements and modifications as per client needs.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing programs.
- Prepare and document technical specifications for all development work.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide support during the implementation of CRM projects.
- Advise on best practices for workflow management in SAP CRM.
- Assist in data migration activities related to CRM systems.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.
- Train endusers on new features and functionalities related to ABAP developments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proven experience in SAP CRM module.
- Strong knowledge of workflow concepts in SAP.
- Experience in debugging and error resolution in ABAP.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience preparing technical documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in SAP ABAP is a plus.
- Experience with data migration tools for SAP CRM.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
