Job Description

Job Title: Germanspeaking Sales Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Employment Type: Fulltime Onsite


We are looking for an enthusiastic Germanspeaking Sales Representative to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and driving sales growth within the German market. You will use your communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with Germanspeaking clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the German market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and sales initiatives.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and help clients find the best solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluent in German (written and spoken) with good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Proven experience in a sales role ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset.
  • Eligible to live and work in Greece (valid work permit required).
