Job Description
- Lead a crossfunctional development team to design develop and deliver highquality web and mobile applications with a focus on eSIM technologies.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle from planning and design to testing deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product management UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies such as Angular/React Node.js and other fullstack frameworks.
- Implement eSIMspecific functionalities in the app development process ensuring integration with various eSIM platforms and technologies.
- Manage and monitor project tasks using Jira ensuring timely resolution of issues and tracking progress using Agile tools.
- Conduct code reviews performance testing and optimization to ensure robust and secure applications.
- Mentor and lead team members ensuring team productivity motivation and adherence to Agile principles.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for smooth deployment and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Ensure best practices in software development including security scalability and maintainability.
- 8 years of fullstack development experience in web and mobile applications.
- Proven domain knowledge in eSIM app development including integration with eSIM platforms.
- Strong expertise in frontend technologies (e.g. Angular React) and backend technologies (Node.js Python etc.).
- Solid understanding of eSIM technologies mobile network standards and telecom protocols.
- Handson experience in Agile methodologies and project management using Jira.
- Experience leading and managing development teams fostering collaboration and driving projects to completion.
- Knowledge of telecom systems APIs and protocols (e.g. SMDP SMSR etc.).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines automated testing and cloud deployment (AWS Azure etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git version control systems and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with eSIM platforms such as Truphone Telna and Airalo.
- Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
