Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order clarity conciseness style and terminology

* Maintain records and files of work and revisions

* Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

Typical Day in the Role:

* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to write technical guides based on existing work; Domain Subject Matter Experts (SME) draft the information and this role will be responsible for creating useable guides from the information

* Key projects: This role will contribute to technical instructional guide writing. They will work on current and backlogged guides

* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% collaboration and 10% preparation/review with 80% technical writing

REQUIREMENTS:

* A Bachelors degree in a technical field is required to be eligible for this role

* 8 overall years of experience in the field

* Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud or other tech

* Minimum 8 years of experience with technical writing/communications

* Minimum 8 years of experience with manual/instructional writing

* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and adhering to timelines as well as quality of outcome can we give the completed work a developer with 35 years of experience and they would be able to autonomously execute the steps successfully

* The ideal resume would contain cloud services experience strong technical communication experience and instruction manual drafting experience
