Key responsibilities
- Identify develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of company objectives market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
- Generate new business opportunities through developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organizations products services and industry trends.
- Participate in the negotiation of contracts and closure of initiatives to meet revenue objectives.
- Analyze and interpret market data to identify key trends competitor activities and potential market opportunities.
- Lead the development of proposals and presentations that speak to the clients needs concerns and objectives.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Experience in the US recruitment Staffing industry is a MUST
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a highperformance sales team.
- Strong knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to understand and apply sales and marketing principles.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in setting and managing sales targets and budgets.
