Job Description

Company: Reventum
Experience: 26 years
Mode: Onsite
Location: Hyderabad

Night Shift:6:30PM to 3:30AM


Key responsibilities

  • Identify develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of company objectives market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organizations products services and industry trends.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts and closure of initiatives to meet revenue objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret market data to identify key trends competitor activities and potential market opportunities.
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations that speak to the clients needs concerns and objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Experience in the US recruitment Staffing industry is a MUST
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a highperformance sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to understand and apply sales and marketing principles.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in setting and managing sales targets and budgets.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Advanced project management skills.
