Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager Apparel Brand

Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with a minimum of 23 years of experience in retail FMCG (outlet sales) or food & beverage (outlet sales). The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and a solid understanding of sales and operations having managed a team of at least 34 people in their current or previous roles.

Key Requirements:

23 years of relevant experience in retail/FMCG (outlet sales) or food & beverages (outlet sales).

Experience in handling sales and operations.

Leadership experience managing a team of at least 34 people.

Candidates currently in an Acting Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) role will be considered for this SM position.

Age should not exceed 30 years.
