Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical customer support via voice for troubleshooting software and hardwarerelated issues.
- Efficiently handle customer queries related to technical problems ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Adhere to company policies regarding shifts and work schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and feedback processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Freshers: Minimum graduate in Diploma/BE/B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science IT or Electronics).
- Experienced Candidates: Can be undergraduate but must have a technical background with at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting.
- Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Versant Level 5) and Hindi.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Work Environment:
- Should be comfortable working in a fastpaced 24x7 environment.
- Must have a proactive approach to problemsolving and customer support.
