Job Description

Company Indian MNC
Location: Sector 62 Noida
Job Type: FullTime Permanent Work from Office (WFO)
Working Days: 6 Days Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical customer support via voice for troubleshooting software and hardwarerelated issues.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries related to technical problems ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding shifts and work schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and feedback processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Freshers: Minimum graduate in Diploma/BE/B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science IT or Electronics).
  • Experienced Candidates: Can be undergraduate but must have a technical background with at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting.

  • Skills Required:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Versant Level 5) and Hindi.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.

  • Work Environment:
  • Should be comfortable working in a fastpaced 24x7 environment.
  • Must have a proactive approach to problemsolving and customer support.
