Key Responsibilities:
- Providing highquality customer support in Croatian and English
- Assist customers via phone email or chat ensuring their needs are met
- Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally maintaining the companys standards for customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Training:
- 3 weeks of comprehensive training to get you up to speed and ready for success in your new role

Additional Allowances & Relocation Support:
- Relocation support: Up to 300 for those relocating from abroad

Requirements:
- EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access
- Fluent in Croatian and English (written and spoken)
- Availability to work onsite for a minimum of 3 months (remote work not available during this period unless a confirmed internet connection and residence in Greece)
- Candidates must be based in Greece or willing to relocate to Athens
