Job Description
- Develop datadriven growth strategies for user acquisition engagement and retention while analyzing marketing performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage and execute multichannel campaigns (SEM social media display ads etc.) ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Align marketing efforts with product development and customer success strategies by collaborating with product data and tech teams while also working with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track key growth metrics and KPIs presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders to inform decisionmaking and strategy adjustments.
- Showcase your ability to significantly impact campaigns such as contributing to increasing user engagement and conversions through strategic interventions.
- Monitor market trends reporting back to the team and leadership where appropriate on any changes.
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing growth marketing or digital marketing preferably using tech tools or working with agencies.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in marketing business or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in using advanced marketing tools such as Google Analytics and advertising tech platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing multivariate testing and user segmentation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
