Job Description

Overview:

The BPO Telugu Caller plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to Teluguspeaking clients. They are responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer queries and concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu
  • Effectively communicate with Teluguspeaking customers
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products or services
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company information
  • Meet quality and productivity goals
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive team environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in a BPO/call center role
  • Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
