Overview:
The BPO Telugu Caller plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to Teluguspeaking clients. They are responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer queries and concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu
- Effectively communicate with Teluguspeaking customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company information
- Meet quality and productivity goals
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a BPO/call center role
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Good problemsolving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
