Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the daytoday HR operations of the company including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and providing guidance and support to employees and management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment onboarding and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
