Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and adjust the HR policies to comply with the company s need.
- Forecast staffing needs
- Supporting organizational transitions such as resignation and retirement
- Managing the hiring process
- Address workplace disputes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have experience in grievance handling
- Must have worked on manufacturing field
- Must be aware of labour laws
- Must be knowledgeable in safety compliances
- Must have a responsibility for communication
