Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and treating patients in the emergency department.
- Assisting in surgeries and medical procedures.
- Monitoring and managing patient admissions and discharges.
- Providing roundtheclock medical care to inpatients.
- Collaborating with consultants and specialists to plan and implement patient care.
- Ensuring accurate and timely medical recordkeeping.
- Participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervising junior medical staff and providing guidance as needed.
- Attending to medical emergencies and coordinating with the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a resident medical officer.
- 12 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medicine and critical care.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
