Overview
As a Branch Manager you will play a key role in overseeing the operations sales and business development activities of the branch. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a team towards achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives managing resources effectively and fostering a positive work environment to ensure the branchs success. This role is crucial in maintaining the branchs profitability and reputation within the market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch operations to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
- Drive sales activities and business development efforts to expand the branchs customer base and market presence.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the delivery of highquality service.
- Build and lead a highperforming team by providing coaching training and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the branchs performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and implement crossfunctional initiatives that drive business growth.
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial activities to achieve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a strong market awareness and stay informed about industry trends and competitors activities.
- Implement and maintain a safe secure and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives at the branch level.
- Represent the branch in meetings events and networking activities to promote the organizations brand and services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to enhance their professional growth and productivity.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a managerial role with related industry.
- Strong understanding of financial management budgeting and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Indepth knowledge of banking products services and industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and drive initiatives.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and banking software for data analysis and reporting.

- Certification in Financial Management or Leadership is a plus.
