Job Summary:
We are looking for a Functional Safety (FUSA) Expert with 510 years of experience in semiconductor functional safety particularly in SystemonChip (SoC) and IP safety concepts and architecture. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety mechanisms conducting safety analysis and performing fault injection verification for automotive IP/SoCs. This role involves working with cuttingedge technology to ensure high standards of safety in semiconductor designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- SoC/IP Safety Concept & Architecture: Understand SoC/IP architecture and develop safety concepts and safety architecture for SoC/IP.
- Safety Work Products: Create safety documentation and work products including FMEA FMEDA DFA and FTA for automotive IP/SoCs.
- Fault Injection Verification: Conduct Fault Injection Verification (FIV) to assess diagnostic coverage of safety mechanisms using cadence tools and methodologies.
- Safety Mechanism Design: Design and implement safety mechanisms in IP/SoC designs to ensure compliance with functional safety requirements.
- Safety Analysis: Perform indepth safety analysis and provide recommendations for fault detection mitigation and safety improvements.
Required Skills:
- Functional Safety Expertise: Extensive experience in Functional Safety for SoCs and IPs with a focus on safety concept development and architecture.
- Safety Analysis: Proficiency in performing FMEA FMEDA DFA and FTA for automotive SoCs/IPs.
- Fault Injection Verification (FIV): Experience with fault injection verification and understanding of diagnostic coverage methodologies.
- Safety Mechanisms: Handson experience in designing and implementing safety mechanisms in IP/SoC designs.
- Automotive Industry: Familiarity with ISO 26262 and safety standards in the automotive industry.
- Semiconductor Experience: Strong background in semiconductor technologies and tools like Cadence.
