Job Description
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementation including system design configuration testing deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize subscription management processes to enhance operational efficiency accuracy and the overall customer experience.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines resources and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including finance IT sales and customer service to ensure the subscription management system aligns with business objectives and integrates smoothly with other platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations.
- Strong project management experience particularly in complex and multiphase projects.
- Indepth understanding of subscriptionbased business models and the associated financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Certification.
- Experience in a leadership or senior management role within a subscriptionbased business.
