Salary: $40 to $55 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computed Tomography Tech to join our team at Hospital/Facility Name in Fort Bragg CA. The successful candidate will provide highquality imaging services during the night shift focusing on patient care and safety. This position requires weekend coverage working three 12hour shifts typically from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography scans as per physician instructions and protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate CT equipment ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
- Document and maintain patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 year of CT experience .
- Education: Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology is required.
- Certification:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or the ability to obtain ARRT certification in all practice specialty areas within one year of hire or transfer date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
