Job Summary: As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM platform to enhance customer engagement drive marketing campaigns and support lead generation efforts.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a CRM specialist and have a strong understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation.

Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee the configuration implementation and daytoday management of the CRM system preferably HubSpot.
Campaign Execution: Develop execute and optimize email marketing campaigns automated workflows and lead nurturing programs within CRM.
Segmentation & Targeting: Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing efforts leveraging HubSpot s segmentation tools.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze CRM reports to track campaign performance customer engagement and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align CRM activities with sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM with a strong focus on marketing automation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with
