Job Description
- Own the design charter Bring your ideas to life. Be a part of the entire process from ideation to golive.
- Think 360 Have the ability to think beyond the asset given to you. Have an allrounder approach where your one thought branches out in different media.
- Collaborate work closely with the writers and other members to bring out the best output.
- Be Dr. Fix It A design error can destroy everything. Make sure you thoroughly check what you made and fix those mishaps.
- Set a tone Find and fix the brand s overall design TOV and stick to it.
- Think digital/mobile first Optimise your creatives for the small screen.
- Brainstorm Your ideas are always welcome. There s no such thing as a bad idea. The more you brainstorm the more ideas you get.
- Use data Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.
- Guide the existing designers and build your team eventually.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.
- Continuously explore new design techniques and tools to push the creative boundaries of the brand.
- Keep up with trends.
- Look at ads and say This ad could ve been designed better and propose a new one.
- Respect yourself and your art and you know what you bring to the table.
- Have varied design styles.
- Are proactive & collaborative.
- Present the problem and what you think is the solution.
- Have a strong portfolio.
- Can move to Bangalore.
- Adobe Illustrator & photoshop
- InDesign & figma
- Frame.io or Midjourney
- Knowledge of illustration UI UX and video editing will be an added advantage. (optional)
