Job Description
- Manage subscriptions endtoend: Create activate update and resume subscriptions based on client needs. You will be responsible for selecting the right packages understanding our subscription algorithm and ensuring that subscriptions are activated accurately.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail especially during monthend periods which are particularly hectic.
- Perform monthly revenue reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Generate invoices as needed and assist with other accounts receivable (AR) related responsibilities.
- Handle inventory accounting and reconciliation for our retail subsidiary.
- Ensure financial documentation is precise and complete working closely with other departments to support smooth operations.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Strong experience in subscription management or a similar role in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines especially during highpressure periods such as monthend closings.
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Sharp time management skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
- Punctual reliable and must have strong communication skill
