Job Description
- Product Development:
- Develop and manage products that align with CMS national quality strategies and health outcomes metrics.
- Identify opportunities for new product features based on CMS telehealth CPT codes and strategies.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product design and functionality.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide leadership in problemsolving and strategic decisionmaking processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for productrelated queries and communications within the organization.
- 7 years of relevant experience in product management within the healthcare domain.
- Proven experience with healthcare economics program reimbursements and CMS guidelines.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology telehealth solutions and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
