Oracle EBS Finance Techno Functional Consultant

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations for Finance modules (GL AP AR FA CM) including requirement gathering design configuration testing and support.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of Oracle EBS solutions with business needs.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules and configure the system to meet business requirements.
• Analyze existing finance processes and recommend improvements using Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Work on customizations and enhancements including developing testing and deploying custom reports interfaces and data conversions in Oracle SQL PL/SQL and XML.
• Design and configure integrations between Oracle EBS Finance modules and thirdparty applications ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Provide support for issue resolution troubleshooting and system enhancements for Oracle EBS Finance applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (business users IT teams vendors) to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Prepare training materials and user documentation for endusers and deliver training sessions.
• Participate in system upgrades and ensure financial compliance with the latest Oracle EBS patches and releases.
• Manage postgolive support and ensure continuous improvement of Oracle Finance modules based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) Finance modules (GL AP AR FA CM).
• Proven experience in both functional and technical roles (TechnoFunctional) with expertise in configuring Oracle EBS Finance applications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL PL/SQL Oracle Reports and XML for customizing and extending Oracle EBS Finance applications.
• Experience in developing custom reports interfaces and conversions within Oracle EBS Finance.
• Solid experience in implementing and configuring finance modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Workflow is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture security and database structures.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Oracle EBS Certifications in Finance modules.
• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
