About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Manager FDD for our client a boutique consulting firm specializing in M&A and advisory services. This role offers a dynamic platform for professionals to work on complex financial due diligence assignments collaborating with a team of industry experts to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Qualification: CA with relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence from Big 6 or other boutique advisory firms.
Experience: 23 years
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager FDD your responsibilities will include:
- Investor Support: Providing investors with confidence by analyzing and validating their investments.
- Financial Analysis: Reviewing historical trading performance balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Expertise: Demonstrating a strong understanding of IGAAP/INDAS (knowledge of US GAAP is a bonus).
- Key Metrics Preparation: Preparing sustainable earnings net debt and normalized working capital analyses.
- Reporting: Assisting senior colleagues in summarizing key observations and preparing comprehensive reports.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Working with tax teams bankers valuation experts and other stakeholders.
