Blue Yonder JDA WMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration:

• Configure Blue Yonder WMS to meet business requirements including inventory management order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
• Customize WMS solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.

Technical Implementation:

• Develop and maintain WMS integrations with Snowflake and other systems such as ERP TMS and thirdparty applications.
• Ensure seamless data integration using appropriate technologies and tools (e.g. APIs EDI and Snowflake connectors).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WMS configurations Snowflake integration and other system interfaces.

Functional Analysis:

• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements for the WMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system requirements and workflows.

Project Management:

• Manage WMS implementation projects including planning scheduling and coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to project budgets.

Training & Support:

• Provide training to endusers and support teams on Blue Yonder WMS and Snowflake data integration functionalities.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Blue Yonder WMS Snowflake features and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Supply Chain Management or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
• Proven experience in both technical configuration and functional analysis of WMS solutions.
• Mandatory experience with Snowflake and data integration technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Blue Yonder WMS configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake and data integration technologies.
• Experience with WMS modules including inventory management order processing and warehouse operations.
• Experience with integration technologies and tools (e.g. APIs EDI Snowflake connectors).

Functional Skills:

• Indepth knowledge of warehouse management best practices and supply chain processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs and workflows.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities.
