Job Title: Sales Executive Projects Team (Lighting)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Projects Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the lighting industry with an excellent understanding of projectbased sales and a wellestablished network with architects builders and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue business.
- Opportunities for lighting solutions in the projects sector (commercial residential hospitality etc.).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects interior designers builders and other key decisionmakers to promote products and secure new projects.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate an indepth understanding of lighting products specifications and industry trends to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends competitors and new technologies in the lighting industry to inform sales strategies.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across cities to meet clients attend meetings and visit project sites.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the management ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and project updates for regular reporting to the management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the lighting industry specifically in project sales.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Industry Connections: Strong network with architects builders and project consultants.
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Must be a proactive selfdriven individual with a passion for sales.
