Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Manage engineering team to ensure successful of the development of backlog features and ongoing technical support of Raisins savings marketplace platform.
- Review data to identify new strategic business opportunities.
- Lead market analysis of customer onboarding funnel to improve overall customer service.
- Perform crossfunctional alignment with data analytics to enhance new customer enrollment.
Your Profile
- Must have Masters degree with specialization in Business Analytics or related and one (1)
- year of experience as Business Analyst or related.
- Must possess experience with product engineering in the financial service and banking industry.
- Experience conducting market analysis for international corporate and bank clients to ensure statutory compliance.
- Knowledge and practical skills in developing data analytics solutions.
- Proven experience in leading developer teams to develop solutions to meet clients strategic goals.
- Require international travel twice per year for one week on an as needed basis.
