Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Performance Management & Grievance Redressal Specialist to join our HR team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance managing grievances effectively and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires a professional with a strong background in IT or BPO industries who possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR functions particularly focused on performance management and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement robust performance management systems and processes.
- Work closely with managers to set KPIs goals and performance expectations for employees.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews identify skill gaps and facilitate constructive feedback sessions.
- Assist in designing and executing performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement across departments.
Grievance Redressal:
- Act as the primary point of contact for handling employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure effective communication channels for grievance reporting and redressal.
- Investigate complaints gather facts and recommend solutions to address employee concerns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and legal teams when needed to resolve sensitive issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of all grievances and resolutions for transparency and compliance.
Employee Engagement & Conflict Resolution:
- Drive initiatives to build a healthy positive and motivated work culture.
- Address conflicts among employees or teams and mediate effectively to ensure resolutions.
- Propose strategies for enhancing employee morale satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices.
- Generate regular reports on performance metrics grievance trends and HR activities for management review.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR roles specifically in performance management and grievance redressal.
- Prior experience working in the IT or BPO industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation frameworks employee relations processes and labor laws in India.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR tools data analysis and performance tracking systems.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
