Role Overview
As a Service Manager you will act as a key point of contact for servicerelated matters. This role involves collaborating with internal teams leading service initiatives resolving issues and driving improvements in service delivery. You will engage with various teams including technical sales and engineering to ensure smooth operations and support processes.
Reporting to Customer Service Lead DACH Delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Create clear plans of action ensuring accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels from field engineers to executives.
- Provide concise and informative reporting including weekly updates and monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Analyze trends and define actions to address identified issues and improvements.
- Proactively prepare teams for service engagements identifying potential areas of risk.
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving processes and tools for service delivery.
- Develop technical and strategic knowledge of product lines and their value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on planning and identifying opportunities for service enhancements

- Demonstrated ability to work independently drive activities and take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel (pivot tables data analysis) and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing service delivery or driving success in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple projects.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of support environments.
