Work Timings: 10:15 AM 7:15 PM
Working Days: Monday Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports To: Manager
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Associate you will play a pivotal role in planning executing and optimising Performance Marketing campaigns across various platforms. This position is perfect for someone eager to take the next step in their digital marketing career while contributing to campaign success and ROI growth.

What You ll Do

Campaign Management
  • Assist in creating managing and optimising Performance Marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Market Research and Strategy
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer insights and competitive landscapes.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.

Ad Copy and Creative Input
  • Write engaging ad copy tailored to different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Provide input for creatives ensuring alignment with user experience (UX) and design best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Track campaign metrics such as impressions clicks and conversions to measure success.

  • Prepare detailed reports to share insights and suggest optimizations.

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align campaigns with broader business and marketing strategies.

  • Share performance insights and collaborate to achieve team goals.



Requirements

MustHave

  1. Experience: 6 months to 1 year of fulltime experience in digital marketing or Performance Marketing management.

  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad dashboards like Google Ads Meta Ads Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  3. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of metrics like impressions clicks conversion rates and ROI.

  4. Data Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets MS Excel (including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP and basic formulas).

  5. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

ShouldHave

  1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to strategy development for Performance Marketing campaigns.

  2. Content Knowledge: A fair understanding of how content and UX/UI impact campaign performance.

  3. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.

NicetoHave

  1. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the edtech industry.

  2. Presentation Skills: Ability to create clear actionable presentations for stakeholders.

  3. Innovation: A knack for suggesting creative ideas and strategies to optimize performance.



Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
