Role Summary

The role encompasses the authority to shape and grow the team in the areas of Program Management Community Building and Elearning Capabilities.

• Reporting directly to senior leadership the successful candidate will oversee the management and growth of all Educational Content Instructor Certification Programs including the Master Instructor Program Elearning Tools and the organization s global Community of Learners. They will take ownership of creating and delivering exceptional multilingual learning experiences that resonate with diverse cultures and regions.
  
• The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of learning elearning and development with a proven track record of leveraging cuttingedge technologies including artificial intelligence to deliver transformative experiences to diverse audiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategy for all learning elearning and development programs ensuring alignment with the organization s strategic goals.
  
• Build and manage a highperforming team across community elearning and external partners to deliver exceptional programs across all platforms (digital live hybrid).
  
• Cultivate and grow a thriving global community of learners instructors practitioners and stakeholders including the development of a digital community platform.
  
• Partner with marketing operations and technology teams to ensure seamless program integration and worldclass user experiences.
  
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to grow the organization s influence and reach within the fitness health and wellness sectors.
  

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with organizations offering Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to their members ensuring programs meet accreditation standards and appeal to professional audiences.

• Lead the translation and localization of educational content to expand the reach of programs into new languages cultures and regions.
  
• Drive innovation by integrating AI tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences streamline content delivery and tailor programs for diverse audiences.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends in elearning business development and technology to continuously evolve the organization s offerings.
