Job Title: Head of Training Delivery and Management
Location Preference: Kolkata (Kol)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Training Delivery and Management to oversee the entire training ecosystem for aspiring job seekers. This includes both offline and online. Language training professional development courses and industryspecific upskilling. The role requires a strategic leader to ensure the smooth execution. of training programs maintain highquality standards manage trainers effectively and enhance the candidates learning experience. The individual will also drive innovation within the training programs while ensuring alignment with market demands and industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee the comprehensive delivery of online and offline training programs for diverse skill sets ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
- Ensure that training content remains uptodate relevant and practical for job seekers.
- Manage the overall scheduling logistics and execution of all training programs.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain robust quality benchmarks for all training programs to ensure high standards of delivery.
- Regularly evaluate and improve training content session effectiveness and assessment techniques to ensure relevance and quality.
- Conduct feedback analysis and continuous improvements to courses and training delivery methods.
Trainer Management:
- Lead the recruitment onboarding and continuous training of highly qualified trainers.
- Regularly assess trainer performance and adherence to training standards and delivery protocols.
- Provide ongoing coaching professional development and performance enhancement for trainers to ensure continuous growth and training excellence.
Candidate Support:
- Address any challenges or concerns raised by candidates during training ensuring prompt resolution.
- Ensure candidates receive personalized learning support maintaining a smooth and engaging experience throughout their training journey.
Program Innovation:
- Integrate innovative teaching techniques and modern technologies such as gamification interactive learning tools and selfpaced modules.
- Design tailored training solutions for candidates based on their profiles and employerspecific needs.
- Develop new approaches to improve engagement retention and skills development.
Feedback Mechanism:
- Establish and manage effective feedback loops involving both trainers and candidates to improve training processes and outcomes.
- Analyze feedback insights to refine and improve course. content delivery methods and support mechanisms.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including recruitment teams and clients to ensure training programs align with current job market demands.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on training programs performance progress of candidates trainer effectiveness and overall results.
Provide regular updates to leadership on the success and challenges of the training programs
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education Management or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in training delivery and management ideally in the language training or skill development sectors.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles teaching methodologies and instructional design.
- Excellent leadership team management and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital training tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in international recruitment workforce development or talent mobility sectors.
- Familiarity with language certification programs such as IELTS PTE OET or proficiency in languages like German French or Japanese.
- Proven track record of successfully handling both online and offline training operations.
