Job Description
Responsible for the overall management as Lead Reliability Engineer to ensure effective and efficient service contract operation principally through providing engineering and reliability support with the objective of improving overall equipment reliability availability and capability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand contractual requirements with respect to reliability inventory management and service delivery and implement plans to meet the requirements.
- Leading reliability engineer and service technicians for to perform all related work to reliability technical and service.
- Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
- Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
- Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
- Actively promote positive safety culture.
- Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
- Compliance to work instructions.
- Raising corrective actions for all nonconformances.
- Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
- Be responsible for reliability data management trending analysis and reporting. Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle stock management rationalise stock levels optimise stock to ensure availability and control costs
- Stock control within the JC store (this includes stock issue control of stock levels reconditioning and reordering of stock)
- Communication with all stakeholders involved in the Alliance contract.
- Maintain the equipment & seal database and failure history using John Crane Interface Reliability Management software for all equipment within the scope of the contract.
The person is responsible for managing and driving all Performance Plus contract related tasks and day to day activities based at assigned customer site.

Qualifications :
Skills and Experience:
- At least minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment knowledge of mechanical seals
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English
