Manage configure and maintain related to Microsoft Environment
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endusers related to M365 issues
Manage Active Directory Group Policy and other core infrastructure components.
Deliver documentation related to microsoft products for monthly reports
Coordinate with microsoft principal teams to deliver solutions ( if escalation needed )
Create and update technical documentation for IT staff and endusers related to microsoft products
Specifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Have min 3 years experience in Microsoft Exchange O365 AD
Have knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory Active Directory Security Azure AD O365 SQL Server Windows Server
Certification ( Optional ) : MCSA MCSE or relevant Microsoft certifications.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
