**Job Title: Social Media Marketing and Designer**

**Salary: 1.25 2.5 LPA (based on experience)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing and Designer with 24 years of experience to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels creating engaging content and designing visually appealing marketing materials that align with our brand s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create curate and manage content (images videos graphics) for social media platforms.
Design marketing materials including banners flyers brochures and ads for digital campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media performance adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) or Canva.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
