Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for customers technicians and service centers.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls installations and repairs across multiple locations.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution by tracking job statuses.
- Work closely with technicians to manage their schedules and ensure efficient route planning.
- Communicate with customers regarding service appointments updates and followups.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities in the company s CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in handling spare part requests and ensure the availability of required parts for service calls.
- Regularly update management on service metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in service coordination or related fields.
- Prior experience in a customer service coordination or logistics role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage time efficiently.
