Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to enhance our client relations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions postsale ensuring a seamless experience and fostering longterm relationships.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients postsale addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding project updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Gather and analyze client feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Organize client events and engagements to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management preferably in real estate.
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in CRM software.
