Overview:
The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in the organizations talent acquisition process by identifying engaging and hiring top technical talent. This individual is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements sourcing and screening qualified candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking events
- Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills and qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Manage candidates through the interview process and provide timely feedback
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve overall recruitment processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to effectively source and screen technical candidates
- Understanding of technology roles and technical skill requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
