Essential Qualification
- Secondary and Senior secondary from CBSE or ICSE with min 75% marks
- Graduation (H) from Tier 1 City/ College
- Post Graduation from Tier 1 City/ College
- B.Ed.
- Only fulltime degree courses
- Should be wellversed with MSOffice
Experience Minimum 10 years as PGT and 5 years in an administrative post in a school of repute preferably in DelhiNCR
Job description (includes but not restricted to)
- Taking classes as per the allotment
- Overall supervision classes Nursery to XII
- Ensuring effective delivery of curriculum as per the academic calendar
- Active engagement in hiring and training of the staff
- Interacting Parents on behalf of the Principal
- Overall incharge of school clubs Class observation following a particular schedule (at least 2 per teacher per term).
- Formally meet Department Heads on a regular basis to monitor standards within departments.
- To develop and organise resources of the institution such as the school library laboratories teaching aids etc.
- Ensuring effective data management systems such as student records attendance timetable staff records leave records service books etc
- Copy checking of all teachers.
- Checking of all teachers diary
- Supervision of the Examination Department.
- Preparing reports as and when required
- Plan/ organize/ coordinate for school events such as Parents Orientation PTM Field Trips Sports Day Annual Day Annual Exhibition Special Events Culminating activities and all Competitions as per the guidelines.
- A brief report of own work to be submitted to the Principal s office.
- Undertake any duty that the management deems necessary for the effective operation of the school
