Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage brand positioning identity and messaging across Agency channels.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
4. Manage external partners (ad agencies vendors).
5.Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
6. Relationship management with stake holders.
7.Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Managing and leading a team of agents.
Developing strategies to meet sales targets.
Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring operational efficiency within the agency
Qualifications
Graduation & MBA or postgraduate
