Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Product & Customer Success Manager to join our Product Team. In this role you shall play a crucial role in driving the success and enhancement of our product offerings leveraging your diverse skill set to increase client contract value
Position Highlights:
- Manage multimillion dollar client contracts
- Reporting directly to senior leadership team
- Fast Track to senior leadership position
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client leadership team to define and manage client expectations and product strategy across product areas
- Ideate and Strategize with Client to understand client pain points that can be addressed by new product solutions
- Solutioning: Work closely with the internal product development team to coordinate between client and the product team for product solutioning
- Client Management: Lead monthly performance reviews managing both client and internal expectations
- Client Management: Lead daily interactions with client on queries
- Marketing : Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure regular marketing outreach
- Sales: Evangelizing different products and solutions across different clients
- Product Performance: Drive product performance by being the bridge between performance marketing and client business teams
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience across client relationship management Product Management marketing or sales functions
- Willing to travel on site both domestically (within India) as well as internationally
- Demonstrated success in client facing roles in the past
- Excellent communication collaboration presentation and leadership skills
- Execute efficiently in a fastpaced fluid startup environment where change is a constant and creativity is a must
- Strong market research capabilities and penchant for numbers
