Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Customer Success Specialist to join our innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cuttingedge AI tools and contribute to enhancing customer success and sales efforts through AIdriven solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success throughout their entire experience while also contributing to sales efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves engaging with customers solving problems and contributing to business growth especially with a focus on leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT Claude and other AIpowered presentation tools to enhance customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers assisting them postsale and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
  • Work proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat delivering timely and friendly assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
  • Support sales initiatives by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 13 years in a customer success sales customer service or support role.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and contribute to sales efforts.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
