Position Overview
MoneeFlo is seeking a dynamic and articulate Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Services team at our office in Bhikaji Cama Place New Delhi.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English speaking skills proficiency in email communication and the ability to effectively convey our products and services to corporate clients.
Responsibility
1. Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients introducing MoneeFlos financial products and services.
2. Schedule & meet clients in order to convert them to corporate customers.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
4. Communicate product features and benefits clearly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
5. Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
7. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
8. Draft professional and compelling emails to corporate clients.
Requirements
1. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
2. Proven experience in calling sales or a similar role preferably in the financial services sector. Since this is a B2B role the candidate having experience in B2B client relationship management would be preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
5. Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to work from the office in Bhikaji Cama Place New Delhi
