Job Description:
Overview
As a Chartered Accountant (CA) at our company (Agri) you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the organization. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice auditing financial records and managing financial risks to optimize our financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Managing and overseeing financial transactions
- Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing strategic financial planning and advice
- Assessing financial risks and proposing risk management strategies
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Overseeing tax planning and compliance
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to management
- Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors
- Evaluating and recommending improvements to financial systems and processes
- Conducting financial analysis and performance evaluation
- Advising on investment decisions and financial opportunities
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Staying updated with financial regulations and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to professional ethics and integrity
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Continuous learning and adaptability to changes in the financial landscape
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
