Job Title: chartered accountant (CFO Services )
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Job Type: Fulltime
Experience Level: CA (Fresher or 1 Year Experience)
Work Model: Hybrid (Mix of office and remote work)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a hybrid role offering a flexible work environment with a mix of office and remote work. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals be a qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) and possess excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. The role will focus on financial reporting tax compliance budgeting and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Tax Compliance: Manage the timely filing of taxes and ensure adherence to statutory regulations and local tax laws.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor and analyze performance against the budget.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow manage receivables and payables and implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- Audit Preparation: Support external and internal audits by preparing detailed financial reports and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal control processes to minimize financial risk and safeguard company assets.
- Financial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and financial reports to support business decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
- Location: Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
- Work Model: This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel Word).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong financial analysis and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of tax planning and local regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
