**Core Job Responsibilities:**
As an Inhouse Coordinator you will be responsible for managing various administrative and coordination tasks that ensure smooth operations across departments. A key part of the role is inbound call handling where you will respond to inquiries from dealers and customers addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Timely followups with marketing executives and the telecalling team will also be essential to ensure that all queries and leads are addressed promptly.
Additionally you will coordinate with relevant departments to resolve dealer or customer queries ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of issues. Sending images and marketing materials to dealers handling promotional email and SMS campaigns and supporting CRC (Customer Relationship Center) activities are part of your daily tasks. Your role will involve gathering and organizing data which will contribute to data mining efforts aimed at optimizing customer outreach.
The position also requires you to train dealers and ATC (Authorized Training Centers) ensuring they are wellversed in processes and product offerings. Strong communication skills the ability to multitask and a customercentric approach are key to succeeding in this role. You will be working closely with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure that dealers and customers receive prompt support and service.
