Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AWS Partner Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with AWS as a key partner driving mutual business growth and ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives. You will play a critical role in positioning Nimesa as a trusted partner within the AWS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS stakeholders understanding their strategic goals and aligning them with Nimesa s objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that outlines goals initiatives and key performance indicators for success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure alignment on partnerrelated initiatives and leverage AWS resources effectively.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities within the AWS ecosystem including coselling joint marketing efforts and product integration.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics providing regular updates to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Training and Enablement: Facilitate training and enablement sessions for internal teams on AWS products and services to enhance knowledge and collaboration.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on AWS product offerings industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in partner management business development or related roles within the technology or cloud industry.
- AWS Knowledge: Strong understanding of AWS products services and partner programs with proven experience in managing cloud partnerships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and partnership success.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with experience in tracking performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
