Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and administrative tasks. The candidate must reside in Gurgaon or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Job Posting: Post job openings on various job boards social media platforms and within the company s network.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Communication: Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process including sending out interview invitations rejection notices and job offers.
Background Checks: Conduct background checks and verify references for potential hires.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Administration:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Manage office supplies equipment and maintenance services.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies maintenance and other services. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with service providers.
Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage travel bookings accommodation and itineraries for employees as required.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events meetings and teambuilding activities.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and manage documentation files and reports for administrative functions. Generate reports as needed. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes office management and vendor coordination.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and administrative tasks.
