Business Analyst Presales
Overview:
The role of Business Analyst Presales is crucial in the organization as it involves working closely with the sales and consulting teams to assess potential business opportunities and provide analytical support for presales activities. The role contributes to the success of the organization by conducting detailed market analysis creating compelling presentations and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
Engaging with clients directly driving initial scope discussions as well as working with the delivery and sales team on quotes and proposal
Schedule and lead workshops with the client to understand define and document their business requirements
Provide quality proposals that articulate the customers needs and fulfil the customers requirements.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other team members to confirm the solution design approach for the project
Involved in preparing presentations for prospective clients for positioning the companys services & offerings.
Work closely with sales teams in the pursuit of new business
1 years experience as a business analyst or as a presales consultant
Experience with Commerce Marketing or CRM software implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic autonomous environment
Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fastpaced environment with continuous challenges
